Radnostix, Inc. Reports FY2026 Q1 Results – Revenue Declines 27% Primarily Due to Voluntary Product Recalls, Isotope Supply Disruptions, and Planned Operational Shutdown

Three separate events converged in the first quarter of fiscal 2026. Voluntary product recalls removed product from the market while quality reviews were completed, isotope supply disruptions limited the raw material available for production, and a planned operational shutdown paused output while work was carried out at the facility. Radnostix, Inc. has announced its FY2025 results, delivering the second-highest annual revenue in company history and strong performance across key segments.

The fiscal 2025 results reflect steady demand across our calibration and reference, theranostics, and isotope supply businesses. Annual revenue was the second highest the company has reported, and several of our key segments performed strongly. International Isotopes Inc. Announces Company Name Change to Radnostix, Inc.

International Isotopes Inc. is now Radnostix, Inc. The new name reflects the breadth of what we do today, from calibration standards to theranostic materials and nuclear medicine equipment. Our location, our people and our commitment to customers do not change. International Isotopes remains one of the brands in the Radnostix family, alongside RADQUAL, PHANQUAL, RADVENT and EASY FILL. Existing accounts, quotes and purchase orders continue as before.

Radnostix and AFR Submit NRC Consent Request for New Mexico License Transfer.

Radnostix and AFR have submitted a consent request to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission for the transfer of a license in New Mexico. Transfers of this kind require regulatory review and consent before they can be completed, and the filing is the first formal step in that process. We will share further updates as the review progresses.

Radnostix Announces Exclusive North American Distribution and Service Agreement with Globalsonics Research Pty Ltd.

Under the agreement, Radnostix becomes the exclusive distributor and service provider for Globalsonics Research Pty Ltd in North America. Customers in the region will be able to buy, and receive service support for, Globalsonics products through Radnostix.
