How Radnostix, Inc. handles text messaging and your phone number.
Program description
Customers who call or text (208) 524-5300, or who submit the form at https://radnostixcorporation.com/contact with the SMS box checked, can receive customer support, quote notifications and delivery updates from Radnostix, Inc. by SMS.
This program is for transactional and conversational messages about your requests and orders. It is not a marketing program.
How you opt in
- Contact form. Check the SMS consent box on our contact form. The box is never pre-checked.
- Texting us first. Text our number and we may reply to your message.
- Calling us. If you give us your number by phone and agree to receive texts, we will record your consent.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can contact us by phone or email instead.
Example messages
Radnostix: Your quote request has been received. A team member will reply shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Radnostix: Your shipment has left our facility and is expected to arrive as scheduled. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your requests and orders.
Opt-out
Text STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message of your unsubscribe request. After that you will not receive further texts unless you opt in again.
