Shipping & Returns at Radnostix, Inc.
Radioactive materials ship under the regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation and other authorities, using carriers qualified to handle them. Timing depends on the isotope, the activity and your receiving facility.
Before we ship. We confirm that your facility is licensed to receive the material, agree a delivery window, and provide tracking information.
Delivery updates. If you opt in to SMS, we will text you delivery updates. See our SMS Terms & Opt-In Policy.
Returns. Radioactive products generally cannot be returned in the usual way. If something arrives damaged, incorrect or out of specification, contact us immediately and we will arrange the proper steps.
